Activator

With Activator Technique the chiropractor uses a handheld instrument to deliver the treatment. There is no twisting of the patient’s neck or back, which results in a comfortable experience for the patient.

Assisted Stretching

Stretching is an excellent adjunct to chiropractic as it helps to improve posture, increase flexibility and relieve stress.

Diversified

Diversified is the most commonly used chiropractic technique characterized by a high velocity low amplitude thrust.

This technique is where the “pop” sound has become associated with chiropractic.

Muscle Rehabilitation

Much like bones; our muscles, ligaments, and tendons can also become fatigued, stressed, and injured.

Dr. Jameson incorporates muscle rehabilitation into his chiropractic treatment.

Sacral Occipital Technique

Sacral Occipital Technique is a method of normalizing the relationship between the foundation of the spine and the top of the spine. This gentle chiropractic technique is composed of highly accurate and effective procedures focused mainly on the soft tissues, which stabilize the body.

Observe the diagram of the skeleton; any imbalances at the ankle, knee, or pelvis can cause imbalance in the spine.

With Sacral Occipital Technique the chiropractor uses a variety of gentle modalities to balance the frame. These modalities include soft tissue manipulation, stretching, and pelvic blocks (pictured). The pelvic blocks are used like a shim to stretch the ligaments of the pelvis. (adapted from sorsi.com)
